Which flying B-17 is bare aluminum w/ a yellow tail?

There's one in El Cajon,CA giving rides right now....I know this cause it's just flown over my house for the third time, and always in the direction of El Cajon. Problem is I can't figure out who it belongs too.

It's not the Collins Foundation, or the EAA, or the Mesa Wing of the CAF.Who's is it? It's bare aluminum w/ a yellow tail.
to clarify the entire tail is not yellow, just the stabilizer/rudder is mostly yellow
